I like the combination of weights and cardio; great variety of both treadmill blocks and safe weight exercises with generally good demo of technique; lots of the weight exercises are multi joint/muscle. I like that I can adjust my workout intensity as needed on low energy days without anyone shaming me if I can't maintain my usual pace for a whole interval. I definitely push the running harder in class than I do on my own. I appreciate coaches who attend to technique and make recommendations to adjust form. I also appreciate when their instructions are clear and I can easily hear and understand what they're saying.
I like that Orange Theory keeps me accountable. I like that the workouts are different every day and that all of the coaches are very motivating. I am pregnant and each coach also helps modify workouts to my needs which is very helpful!
I️ love the variety of every workouts every day . My favorite instructor is Melissa and my husband’s favorite is Jeff ? Jeff motivates him and works out him out to his max ! He always enjoys a hard workout and Jeff gives it them. Melissa is always fun and happy to see everyone when they come in . She always helps people with their form in a positive way not in a critical way . I️ love the window light but I️ do wish it was cleaned better . Overall I️ love the trolley Square location and team !
The group atmosphere helps me to stay focused on getting better; just to see all the others working hard all around is very motivating. Being able to monitor my heart rate tells me when I need to step it up.
I love that every workout is different, the atmosphere is motivating, and that it gets me to do strength training (never do this on my own!). OrangeTheory twice a week in addition to running regularly has been great for my overall fitness level. I'm feeling stronger after only 3 months!
