I love that every workout is different. It keeps it fun and definitely doesn't make it feel like it's a one-hour workout. Also love how good my mind and body feel for about the next two to three days after my workout.
Get in work hard get out. Great instructors. Love the workout with heart monitors. That being said, the one thing I have a hard time with is i can't get in when i want, specifically slc trolley square.
Love the workouts and especially the instructors Spencer, Jeff & Liz (I don't usually attend Gina or Melissa out of coincidence). I love the energy, how hard they push me, and it's just an overall great workout. I have a lot of friends that have joined, and it's a fun thing we do together.
I love that every single day the workout challenges me. Some gyms have easier days and harder days, but at Orangetheory I feel like I can push myself to the limits and work my hardest every day to get the best out of my workout. The staff and trainers are so positive and encouraging, and I have no idea how I waited so long to join! I would recommend this gym to anyone, you definitely will not regret it.
It's definitely challenging, as with any workout, you will get out of it what you put into it. The structure of the workout has managed to keep me injury free. I believe because there is enough diversity in the type of exercises, as well as, the length of time you are in an exercise zone (rowing, treadmill or weight floor). You are coached through the workout providing support, motivation, proper excercise technique instruction, etc., love that! It may be painful getting though it sometimes, which I don't mind that's why I'm there to put in the effort, but gosh the time just flies by I'm not saying to myself when is this going to be over. I enjoy it that much!
That it is different every time. I think that it is challenging and effective. It is also efficient. I love that I am in and out in an hour. Most of the trainers are fantastic and they keep things fun and push me.
It's always a different workout - no two days are the same. It's also fun working out with people who are all in different levels of fitness, from Ironman athletes to senior citizens and everything in between!
