I loved the set encouragement and how he pushed us to just give a little bit more in our all outs even if we were tired. I liked how he focused on the techniques and corrected where needed. He was clear with instruction and would go over the instruction through out the class to help remind us.
I burn more calories and work out much harder than if I were working out by myself. The workouts are hard. However, in the 8 months that I have been doing Orange Theory, my heart has gotten stronger, I am much more muscular, I have lost a significant amount of weight and I feel much better. It is like having a personal trainer at a very good price.
This is the only workout that I can tolerate. I hate the gym. OTF is great because you get in there and you might as well give it your all for an hour. The coaches are great and you can go at your own pace or you can listen to them and push yourself. Plus-you never have the same workout twice!
