I like the variety to the workouts. I like using the heart rate monitor, on the treadmill I'm hoping it will help my half marathon training to make me faster. I like the music and the team work aspect.
They are challenging but not Impossible. The studio in bankers hill does a great job at explaining the work out before the class starts and it makes a huge difference. Especially when there are a ton of switches or blocks.
the energy, the variation & the fact the i don't have to plan my workout -- you guys do all the work for me!
and lets not forget the coaches & staff -- OTF truly makes members feel part of the "fit fam"!
I love OT and San Diego Bankers Hill is absolutely awesome! I have been a member of OT for almost 2 years and Jeff is one of the best coaches I have had - totally keeps me motivated even on Tornados (which are not my favorite).
I like that the workouts have structure, yet also allow for customization. Weight lifting is really daunting for me, because I've got very little experience in that area. However, going into the weight room at OTF doesn't make me anxious at all because I know that the coaches will explain every move and help me along the way. I like that when I get on the treadmill, I have control (for the most part) of my speed and incline.
