At Orangetheory, I burn more calories than in the gym alone, am motivated by an energetic fitness coach who also provides positive feedback on form and modifications, and I have seen better results in 3 months than I did in 1 year at my old gym! You're never bored because the workouts are different everyday, and you get to use your muscles in different ways depending on the goal of the day (endurance, strength, or power). The coach keeps track of time so you don't have to, but it's up to you to push yourself. The heart rate monitor system lets you know when you're pushing yourself hard enough, and when you can go a little bit faster. I've never left OTF feeling like I didn't get a great workout! And bonus, it's all over in an hour!
The work outs are tough but doable. You can go your own pace but the instructors and the results on the monitor really push you. Best work out ever, I love it and feel like I am getting into the best shape of my life at 45 years old.
Why I love most about the workout is that it changes daily and you never do the same workout twice. This concept keeps your workout interesting and engaging!
I also love the heart rate monitor technology that proves the calories and zones you are burning in. It helps me leave knowing I worked hard, and keeps me motivated for the entire hour to reach my goals and push myself!
Last, I love the coaches and staff! They are always positive, smiling, and helpful if you have questions about if you're doing a weight move correctly, if you have a question about your report, etc. OTF is awesome in so many aspects!
Being someone who was an athlete through high school and then created workout routines through college and beyond to stay in shape- it's tough to mix up your workout so often and OTF makes it easy and helps me work hard every workout!
Appreciate Conroy's enthusiasm, the way he remembers our name and takes the time to help us with our work outs to push ourselves and do the exercises correctaly.
