It’s the perfect blend of cardio and strength. It’s never the same workout. And the coaches are great at encouraging you, and when I do this with my friends, it’s actually fun.
First and foremost OTF offers a great fitness program. All of the sessions are well thoughtout and choreographed. Each day has a specific and different focus making a 4-5 day per week workout routine complete Scheduling your preferred time is straightforward using the app. Tracking your progress and checking your workout achievements are also available in the app. The coaches are knowledgeable with an emphasis on good form to help keep you injury free. Another important aspect for me is that the facility is always clean. The members are asked to whip down their equipment after they are done and then the staff comes in regularly to clean again. In today’s world the cleaner the better.
Amazing experience for my first class. Chrissy was awesome and very helpful getting me all set up and discussing all membership options! Jason was an excellent coach and really made me feel super comfortable and confident when I was nervous to try out the class. I signed up right away and so excited to join the orange theory community!
I love the energy of the classes. No matter how tired I am, James and Brooke wake me up! Their passion and humor make the hour go by quickly and I walk away feeling like I have had an exceptional work-out!
OTF is a good mix of cardio and strength training. The workouts can be tough but there are so many ways to modify and make it your own depending on how you are feeling that day. The coaches at Solana Beach are the best, friendly and welcoming. And the members are so friendly especially the early morning crew. This is the one workout I've stuck to for 6 years now because it's never boring, the community is second to none!
The coaches & staff make it a point to learn your name and the workouts offer variety. I never fall into a slump. It works- I’ve lost 8 lbs I since I started a year and a half ago and it’s stayed off. (And I go twice a week). I always know I’ve had my best workout possible when I leave OTF.
That coaches encourage us to do "all outs", but everyone's all out can be different. I don't feel like I have to run 11 mph like the guy next to me. If 6 mph is all out for me, that's fine. :) Because I can see I'm in the red zone and clearly trying!
It covers everything! You don't have to think, you just show up and get a good workout! It's a great environment and you run off everyone else's energy. The coaches and staff help hype you up and you leave feeling rejuvenated every time.
