Orangetheory made it easy for me to take control of my health. At 10 months post-partum, I felt stuck and struggled making my own workouts. OTF took out the guesswork. Plus the coaches and community are incredible. If you want a supportive, engaging, quick, and effective way to get a workout in, I highly recommend OTF!
Excellent coaches that keep me motivated & encouraged. I like that every work out is different because it keeps my body challenged. OT has been an awesome journey!
I like how i don’t have to think or plan for the workout. I can just focus on what I’m currently doing and not worry about “what’s next”. I also have a heart condition and being able to constantly monitor my heart rate while participating in a group class has given me back the ability to do these types of exercises again.
I like the tracking so you can see your progress, and the variety of exercises so it doesn't get boring, and Coach Fidel was super fun and motivating. Elizabeth at the desk was also very kind and welcoming, and the facility was also very clean and well organized. 10/10
Wonderful coaches, staff, studio, community, and workouts! Perfect blend of cardio and strength in a supportive and motivating environment! Highly recommend!
The coaches teach me very kindly and programs are very good!
I was in a Orangetheory in Japan.
The machines and programs are similar in Japan.
So, I enjoy exercising !
30 minutes on the treadmill to start is perfect for me.My body is exercising before my brain even knows what’s happening. The rowing addresses my arm strength & toning needs. The wall straps are awesome because I have difficulty getting on & off the floor. The coaches are super great about helping me accommodate my ability issues on the weight/floor portion, which is what intimidated me elsewhere. I just told my best friend that I’d never thought I’d say this but I found a workout I actually like!
