As someone that historically worked out alone, I never knew what to do or had any way of measuring success. Was I doing a workout correctly? Maybe. Orangetheory's coaches are amazing. They help guide the group to success and ensure that everyone is doing the workouts properly. In the few classes that I've attended, I've been able to run further than I ever dreamt possible because the coaches are constantly telling everyone that they can do it. It's an extremely welcoming environment. The only downside is that every part of my body is sore but I think that means it's working!

For me the most attractive thing in Orange Theory is that your program makes me use all part of my body. I used to do exercise in my private gym running and weight by myself however, i could realize how much it is important make your body exercise many different mussels always. Also simply weighting is not so efficient rather than use your body weight to promote power action as much as you can. No need to challenge more heavy weight instrument. Combination with row and running with ground exercise was excellent idea also. Meantime, in this location SF financial district studio i had very warm welcome from counter service people Josie,Kelsey,,,, and was a great pleasure that i could work on with excellent coach Nick, Lucas.
