The energy was great! Love the design & theory / science behind it but also the coaching was great. Marquise has such beautiful and inspiring energy! The front-desk staff were also super friendly, encouraging, and helpful, and the community that's being built is so supportive and encouraging. It's relatively affordable too compared to other gyms.

Generally like the templates - I feel like I'm getting a solid, well-rounded workout. But it's the coaches that keep me coming back. Marquise, Jordan, Simon, and Nisha are fantastic. And shout-out to Courtnie and Andre who are always welcoming and friendly, and give OTF MB that great community vibe.

The coaches and I love the strength 50s and trend 50s. Would love to see more of those in evening classes.

The coaches are friendly, fun, and supportive. They help you grow, but can flex with injuries and limitations. The workouts change enough to allow growth but limit repetitive stress injuries. I have kept with this longer than any other fitness program. Because of the support and flexibility, I am able to keep growing despite being injury prone.

Here are some I can think of: - Being able to challenge myself in every workout, but I can also take it easier if I'm not feeling 100%. - The frequent social events are fun although I haven't gotten to as many as I wish I could have. - A combo of cardio and strength training so I don't do too much of one or the other. - Having someone else come up with the exercises that give me a total body workout and variety rather than me trying to do that on my own. - Supportive and fun coaches who make sure I am using the proper form. - The different types of challenges give me a motivation boost and help me understand where I stand. It's nice to be able to compare my time to others too.

The heart rate monitor keeps me accountable for focusing and pushing myself. The coaches and other attendees are really friendly and supportive. The music is typically on point. And the benchmarks help me track progress.
