I never used to like to workout. I found working out to be boring and never looked forward to it. I had no motivation to lose weight even though I wanted to, but was so lazy to push myself. I joined OTF in April 2017 and although the price is a little high, I think it’s worth it. You get the full body workout with a trainer for a full hour. Rachel is my favorite trainer! She’s so enthusiastic and she’s always giving compliments to clients when they are really pushing themselves. All in all, it’s been great.
