Everyone has a different level of base, push and all out. Everyone can be successful because you are challenging yourself at your pace.
If you want to have a friendly competition with your neighbor, you can; however, that is not the point of the Orange Theory workout.
I get strength, cardio and rower and flexibility in that 1 hour. I would have never worked out on a rower otherwise. Also all of this at the same quality a personal trainer would give you. I love otf!
I enjoy the variety, the encouragement, the mix between cardio, strength, endurance, etc. Coaches and staff at this specific location are really welcoming and knowledgeable. The RG studio is always clean, has good air circulation (especially in comparison to a few other OTF studios I've tried), and good vibes all around.
