You keep things interesting and encourage effort and performance.
I also appreciate the ability to plan workouts that fit my schedule as opposed to having to change my schedule to make a class at those "other" clubs...
Best of all, your workouts get results. I'm in better shape in my 60's than I was in my 50's thanks to OTF!
It was challenging, yet doable. I like that it included lots of cardio work, but included challenging weight/strength training, which I don't do enough of. I enjoyed the rowing machines and I like that I could push my pace at my own level. I think this workout, if I keep going, will help me get faster and better at running the half and full marathons I do often.
The workout was seriously the perfect workout for me! The variety of different exercises combined with the energetic songs and awesome instructor (Rachel), made for an amazing workout! It was my first time at orangetheory and I will definitely be going back!
OTF instructors provide what I need to get the most out of each workout.
I find that the challenges with strength, endurance and power workouts focus my workouts. I have been with OTF for almost eighteen months going from once a week to twice a week and now three to four times a week. I am energized and fit!
