Love the coaches at Willow Glen. They help keep me going and keep me motivated. The front desk staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They make an effort to get to know you. The changing workouts keep me from getting bored. I love OTF!
I like that I never know what kind of program the instructor is going to offer. I like the emai results that you send out after the workout. I love the high energy music. I like how easy it is to schedule workouts through your app. And I like the live stats posted on the monitor.
The variety. Really like the instructors. I like that you can make it your own workout. Lots of positive reinforcement to push yourself but without the pressure to do something you aren't comfortable with or possibly ready for.
After 60 minutes you've had a great full body workout!
I love the challenging and diverse workouts. I'm an avid soccer player but since I'm 4 months pregnant I've had to stop playing. I rely on these workouts to keep me in shape and to stay healthy throughout this pregnancy.
I enjoy the high energy music and the coaches are great with their clear instructions and helpful demos. The tornado workouts are my favorite :).
A combination of cardio and weight training. It's different every time to avoid getting bored. Orange work outs utilize a wide variety of muscle groups.
What I don't like is there is not a lot of indiualized help with form. I see a lot of really bad form by inexperienced clients in the class. Orange should clearly explain it's not s race, good form is more important than speed or heart rate.
