I love the coach’s energy and how they explain each of the exercises. I love the style of the workouts, and that they are (mostly) one hour from start to finish. I love the size of the facility, the cleanliness of the facility, and the mix of exercise equipment. The staff is friendly and professional and they say my name! I also love the music! I don’t usually do the challenges and contests, but I like that they have them and maybe one day I’ll participate.
I love how the workouts are different every class and how the coaches are so helpful with your form and always encouraging. I have met so many nice people while being a member.
The coaches, the variety of workouts which are both challenging but do-able. Additionally, the community building that takes places and making something like attending the gym/working out a bit more enjoyable. :)
Easy to follow workout. Flexibility in deciding your intensity by following set workout. At your own pace. Choice of weights when on the floor. Choice of stroke rate on rower. Choice of powrr walking or running on treads. All done in a one hour class. Feel great after. Feel the calories still burning after workout. Highly recommend to anyone who us list at the bigbox gym.
Sarah who teaches on Thursdays, is the best. I think it's because she remembers my name every class! And...the cadence and volume of her voice make it very easy to follow her instructions. Avril, who used to teach that class was not as talented.
Juana, Cosmo and crew are always welcoming. The gym always occurs as clean. I'm happy I found OT and especially the San Leandro branch.
I enjoy the motivation from all the coaches to do my best and the personal attention I receive, especially during floor exercises. And they have cool music too. 😁
The stats from the armband drive me to work harder. The coaches are fantastic and i really appreciate their guidance on how to do each exercise correctly. The constant changes during each session and between sessions means it doesnt get boring
