The group workouts are a great form of motivation and competition. I like that the workouts change every day so we're not stuck doing the same thing (if you plan to go daily). I like that I can track myself throughout the class as well as see all the workouts for the day on the monitors (very helpful). The music is fun and current. The instructors are very motivating but not overbearing and very friendly. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly.
I love how clean and well kept the equipment is. It's a very well thought out and organized experience where everyone has their designated space to workout in whether its the weight room or treadmill/rower. Because everything is so organized and well timed, you can 100% focus on what you're doing and giving it your all. The instructors (Brandon, Josh, Camilo) are friendly and motivating and are really paying attention to everyone and making proper form corrections or suggestions to people as needed during the workout. I also like and hope they continue to demonstrate an alternative for the harder exercises (usually core moves) so it's inclusive which I appreciate. It's really the best group workout I've ever experienced. The half-marathon/marathon challenge in April was great! Please have more of these. It sounds like there's one coming in July. Keep it up!
Loved the orientation. No other location has taken the time to explain to me the format, what to do, how to do it, and what is expected. Also the great breakdown at the end was great. Also my heart rate monitor broke mid class and they were able to seamlessly replace it and I only missed a few minutes of untracked hear rate. That was really impressive; hats off to being on point there.
Loved the equal amounts of rowing, treadmill, and floor work. Also the medicine ball work was great too! Overall great workout and I'd highly recommend this workout to anyone who really cares about results and tracking metrics! Loved it!
