I just have to show up. I don't need to plan workouts, or music, or if the weather is good enough to get out and be active. I enjoy the mix of cardio and strength, and workouts, I don't get bored! Also, the inclusion that everyone can workout together wherever your personal fitness level is at, and continue to increase your personal fitness and goals next to those same people. Everyone is pushing for their best. The feeling that I get when it is a tough workout, but I focus on the strength and energy of everyone else doing it and knowing I can do it too!

Loving the addition of the Strength 50 classes.

Almost everything. The instructors are great and each bring their own strengths that collectively make my combined workouts even better. As a 51-year-old, who keeps hearing that weight training is more important than cardio for weight loss at this age, I’m also thankful for the new Strength 50 classes. The only thing I didn’t like was how, when I upgraded my membership, it wasn’t prorated, so I paid the full monthly rate for my original membership and then, even though it hadn’t been a month, I still was charged the full monthly rate for the upgrade. I’m a people pleaser, have been dealing with depression, and also am lousy about advocating for myself, so I didn’t push back when I realized it wasn’t prorated. I do think that’s how it should be handled, though, when someone upgrades.
