I love the amazingly friendly and genuine staff, the camaraderie of being in a group, and the perfectly designed workouts that maximize efficiency of my time spent there. I absolutely love tracking my results through the splat points system, it keeps a healthy competition going with myself, and with my brother who joined at the same time as me. I love how no two workouts are ever the same. The diversity of clientele creates an inviting and comfortable environment for any age, gender or size! I highly recommend and swear by Orangetheory. It is worth every penny! (When we first signed up my mom couldn't believe the price we were paying, she thought it was too expensive but after seeing how much we loved it and the results we were getting, she joked that it's beyond affordable, and they should be charging us more! It's like having a personal trainer for every workout without the expense of a personal trainer)

I like EVERYTHING about my workout! I like being able to monitor my efforts on the screen and adjust as I need to. I like the variety--never the same workout! The instructors are terrific and there's a genuine sense of community at OTF. I also like having a record of my workouts so I can track them and make comparisons. The music at OTF is usually great, but can sometimes be so loud that it drowns out the instructor when he/she is giving instructions. Although partner workouts have a great intention behind them, many of us don't workout with a spouse or buddy and it's just awkward to partner with a stranger--I usually leave when it gets to that part or just don't workout at OTF on partner days.

i love the intensity, diversity, atmosphere, the fact that someone does the scheduling and i don't have to think about what i need to do, i just do it. Love the fact that is always so different and never boring.

The intensity is really good for me I usually get between 30 to 40 splat points! I push myself only going twice a week always really good workouts.

Everything! I LOVE the workout! It's fast and furious and the music moves you right along and I just love the circuit workout, it's just the best! I get real upset when I miss a Orange Theory Workout!
