I like the variety, since I tend to get bored of doing the same workout every day. I also like the somewhat competitive atmosphere of the studio. Overall, it’s an excellent workout and I highly recommend it!
I wanted to do a Lift45 training. I liked that the workout focuses on resistance training and strength. I also like the time frame that it was offered.
I love the energy the instructors bring to every class, and that I am not only getting a great cardio workout, I’m building strength and stability at the same time.
The hip Hope music and upbeat motivational coaches and workouts!
The theme workouts like tornado and Dri Run are great too! Especially Hellz week is my favorite!
The outside gatherings too such as watching the Warriors games and California Pizza are great too!
