I love that you can feel yourself get healthier as the trainers show you each workout. Nothing is wasted. I love that it's a great mix of cardio and weights, and resistance training! All of the coaches at this location really know what they are doing and are passionate about helping others get healthy! By far orange theory is the best gym I've ever been to.
The workouts are always a 10 at OTF, but what I noticed about this particular location is how friendly the people are who work there. They spent a ton of time explaining everything thoroughly and answering all of my questions and my moms questions. They were also able to modify my moms exercises after listening to her limitations. This OTF location really impressed me!
The session trainer, Scott was fantastic! He made sure I was doing the different workouts properly to lessen the chance of injury. I was very impressed with him. I really like the layout of the gym also.
Love the coaches, who inspire and push me to keep growing. Love the variety of workouts and the fact that I can take a class that works for my schedule. Love the fact that every day is different. Before I know it, the hour is over!
OTF is a well thought out training session that constantly changes the routine. It can be as challenging as you want to make it. I feel that the rowing portion 'fills in the gap' that other group training sessions lack.
My wife and I are hooked! I am 61 and she is 63.
