The trainers are the best out there! They each take time to get to know you and are aware of injuries, strengths, weakness, etc.. Because they have taken the time to know me, they push me when they know I'm not giving it my all in a workout. Every workout is a full body workout, and I definitely wake up with that good sore the next morning. I've been going to Orangetheory Fitness for about a year, and I have never gotten board with the workouts because they are always different. I have never done the same sequence in the weight room in a year. I have seen great results to my body, metabolism, and attitude in general. I've lost inches but have become stronger, and because I am burning calories well into the next day, I don't feel guilty about having that extra glass of wine with dinner.
That the workout continues to challenge me even though I've been a member going 4 times a week since the opening! The individuality of coaching is also a critical component to keeping the workouts fresh and new every time i show up to class.
