I like the variety in the workouts, I like that the coaches are really engaging and positive. I enjoy the instant feedback of being able to monitor my heart rate and adjust my intensity to maximize getting the best workout.
It's a challenging workout (I work harder than I could ever motivate myself to do) but the instructors and other participants are supportive and encouraging. I appreciate that there are variations so that tender joints can be safe. I feel a great sense of accomplishment when I finish each workout and can tell that I am getting stronger week by week.
It's varied, effective and fun! It's easy to track where you are at during the workout because of the heart rate monitors, so you know when you need to "kick it up a notch" to reach the orange zone. I also like the fact that the workout results are e-mailed to me after a workout.
I had such an incredible experience during my first Orangetheory Fitness class. The staff was very welcoming and made sure that I had all of my questions answered and was as ready as possible before meeting the coach for my first class. The coach took the time to make sure that I understood the format of the class and made sure that I was aware that I had his full support and that he would answer any questions that I might have. I also felt so supported by the members in the class as everyone was so nice and welcoming and helped with any questions that I had during the session (even if that meant interrupting their session, they were there for me). I really loved this experience and will absolutely return in the near future!
