Excellent work out. I like the idea of having a program geared for runners and power walkers and the different endurance levels. Never used a water rowing machine before , another nice piece of equipment to work the legs and arms.
Floor and free weights demos are well explained by the instructor and if you forget what exercise is next, it's great to have a monitor overhead to help remind you.
The program could use more warm up stretches before and after to prevent injuries.
the instructor really motivated and I like how she would play DJ and switch songs a lot to get us motivated. She was very helpful and I liked that she called out the ones that would hit 84 in the orange zone becuase it made me want to reach there too
