the instructor really motivated and I like how she would play DJ and switch songs a lot to get us motivated. She was very helpful and I liked that she called out the ones that would hit 84 in the orange zone becuase it made me want to reach there too
Very effective way to get the calories burned. I usually do weightlifting, and find cardio boring. But at OT a mix of both cardio and strength training, makes an hour fun and effective. The performance summary breakdown at the end really helped me understand how was my body performing during the workout.
OT staff and trainer are very nice and were really helpful to me explaining to me how the OT process works.
