The workouts are energized and varied each time. The coaches are excellent spurring you on but also helpful if you find something difficult to do in the weight room and show you how to do an exercise correctly if you're not doing it right. The choice of music is great too!
It's definitely a full body workout. Instead of just trying to run for 45 min to get through it, on the treadmill, you feel doing other things. There is no way doing this workout consistently that your body wouldn't be transformed. I want to be stronger, thinner. I feel like it's going to happen here.
