Orange Theory is a great place to be motivated about caring for our bodies. A positive atmosphere where you learn about fitness and how important it is to be living a healthy and gratifying life. It builds self esteem and brings like minded people together for a common purpose. At 54 years of age, OT kicked me off to caring for myself, eating better, and looking great again. Thanks a million!!
It takes the guess work out of getting a productive and results-oriented workout, classes are up-beat, the class structure stays consistent while the actual programs within it vary day to day, keeping it interesting.
I really love everything about the workouts; the trainers are amazing and really care about your progress. The owner on the other hand is one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. If she was at the studio more at the times I am there I would switch studios. She does not talk to clients like she respects us or value us. She talks at us like we are beneath her. I asked 1 question b/c when I was in WI they did things a little different so I wanted to see if maybe Scottsdale Ranch would consider the same ideas and I got my head ripped off. I was so upset and appalled by her demeanor I was speechless and I just walked out. What a terrible representation for OTF.
Different then other locations..there wasn't the interactive video showing the weights moves there was just an old school powerpoint. The weight stations didn't have numbers that corresponded with the row and treadmill which made the transitions less smooth. At other locations your number at your station determines where you go on the row and treadmill. Dan seemed like he was good!the front desk staff was very accommodating. Had a good workout thanks!
Trainer - Dan. No substitute for his passion, character, commitment, and true compassion. I've been a member for three years and Dan is like a little brother to me. Awesome person and excellent trainer.
