I like that it is structured and that every class is varied so it never gets boring, I like that the instructors are always clear and positive, I like that it can be modified to suit a variety of fitness levels. I love orange theory! The only thing I would change would be to focus a little more on the warm up and cool down/stretch portions - those are important and don't seem to get much focus.
Great dynamic between the instructors and members. Wish the actual workout space was slightly larger but know the limitations of properties in the area. Very warm and welcoming, felt comfortable from the first time I walked in.
