Hi! I've come 3 times now and I like that I push myself each time to get the most out of the one hour I'm there. The instructors give detailed instructions and because I'm new they were quick to help me out with any follow up questions. Enjoying the good vibes and nice staff and guests.

I select the trainers whom I think are good and pay attention to form (not all do!!) and appreciate their knowledge, advice. The work out allows to work out at your own level with modifications where necessary.

I enjoy the structure of the workouts but the best part is the coaches! They are competent, encouraging and nonjudgmental. I am an older woman -over 60 and it matters to me that the coaches notice what I am doing and make suggestions. They are kind, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. I am inspired to work out better and harder.

The coach and front desk man were thorough in making me feel welcome and comfortable with the workout. Also, so one was pushy at at. The workout was great, but it was the employees that made it for me.

Interactive, motivating, high intensity, instructional...it was an awesome experience and kicked my butt! The instructor was very motivational and personable. Fun experience!! You'll want to try this.

I originally signed up for the Lower Queen Anne studio because it was near my work, but because I live on Capitol Hill I've had the opportunity to attend a few classes when it was convenient for my schedule. I must say that I LOVE going to the Capitol Hill location more--it has a better layout and the trainers are awesome. Special kudos to the new trainer, Bobby. I can definitely feel the difference as I'm starting to engage in spring/summer fitness activities, like running and biking. I'm definitely faster and stronger than I was before joining Orange Theory in December. I'm a huuuuuge fan.

I love that it is just an hour and I get strengthening and cardio and the trainers are great. Parking is easy, app is easy, it is easy to fit it into my life. Just what I was looking for!
