The bottom line is that I get results. I've worked out on my own in gyms and never seen the results I get from orange. I like being pushed by the trainers to achieve more. I would never push myself that hard on my own. Overall, it's the most effective use of 1 hour ever!
The coaches are knowledgeable, motivational, and friendly. The other members I workout with are great (we routinely high-five between blocks) and push each other farther than we thought we could. And, the music is awesome.
I never feel "stuck" or "plateaued" because the workouts are always different. When a coach has a feeling you can push yourself more, they will come over and motivate you to run faster, lift heavier, and row more powerfully. As a former college athlete (swimmer), I can say the OTF workouts are some of the best workouts I've ever done. I've gotten back into shape since college because of OTF, and I can now run a mile in just over 6 minutes again; I can run a 5K in 24minutes, I've moved from lifting 12lb free weights to 40/45lb free weights, I've lost 4-5 inches off my waist and 35 lbs of body weight, and it doesn't stop there.
It's not just a gym, it's a community. They motivate me to give my all during each workout, and they genuinely help me be my best self. I recommend OTF every opportunity I get.
