Love the workout and all of the coaches. Justin, Corbyn and Amanda are the best!! Only suggestion is for a couple of the coaches to be a little more mindful of what they are saying and how much they are saying during class. Jen and Stef have a tendency to talk a lot (over explaining and just chatty on the mic) in classes... can be super distracting and sometimes music is all the motivation you need! ;) Just something Brett and I were noticing. Otherwise we love everything about the studio and everyone that works there!!
I like that it changes from day to day, so you never know exactly what to expect. I also like getting a complete workout within 1 hour (cardio + strength). The instructors are knowledgable and friendly.
My absolute favorite thing is offering the 4:45 am classes so I can get my workouts in before work because I work at 7 am and no other class based gym offers this convenient of a class to me. Also love the consistency yet variety of the exercises on a daily basis, enthusiasm and positive feedback from the coaches, loud music to stay awake, and being held accountable through the online booking options. It's very inspiring to do workout. I love the way try to do all body workout in 60 mins. Doing stretch at end helps to feel better. Although Brandon never do the stretching at end. So, just avoid his class.
