I like that I can check how many calories I am burning and that incentivized me.
The greatest opportunity would be to encourage trainers to pay more attention to the weights area (where people could actually be doing exercises wrong) instead of placing the bulk of their attention to the running.
I love the fact that I never know what's coming - I was in a rut with my workouts, and OT ensures I mix things up. The coaches provide additional motivation: in particular, AK and Moses have styles that are upbeat and challenging, which work for me. I am hooked.
I just love the overall atmosphere! I just signed up but I felt very welcome and not just thrown into a class where I wasn't sure what to do. The change in pass during the cardio portion makes it go by fast and the music helps to keep you up beat and motivated. I enjoy the weight portion because you can go at your own pace and aren't worried about finishing a certain amount of reps. I like that the trainer walks around and gives you pointers and doesn't just let you do an exercise wrong.
really awesome classes and results. A few requests :
- OFT is really expensive, the system where you get charged if you don t cancel within 8 h is really expensive. Why not reduce to 2 h ?
- too crowded. OTF locations need to provide more space. It can feel cramped when all stations are busy
