The classes, even though they always include the same components/elements, are always different. Each class offer its own challenges and ways to push yourself. But more importantly, the instructors are what makes the difference. Each of them with their own personality and ways to push you to go further than you thought you could.

Orange Theory creates a incredible space for people to focus on their goals and see their results. I loved wearing the heart monitor because it allowed me to see my results almost instantaneously. I watched myself transform into the person that can handle endurance, build off strength, and push a little bit harder to succeed in overcoming the work out. I would definitely recommend Orange Theory to anyone who is intimidated about working out because it truly is a space to embrace yourself and feel the burn.

I love that it is always different. It tricks me into alot of cardio (which is what I need and my weakness). Super, super friendly staff (AK, Zana, Matt & more but I don't know there names!) and super, super friendly, encouraging, enthusiastic and knowledgable coaches, Andrea, Darsenio, Brandon, April, Terrell & more ~ I love them!!
