My six months training at Orange Thoery has improved my metabolism and helped me to finally feel strong and athletic! The workouts continue to be fun, varied, and challenging at whatever fitness level I am at. The motivating trainers and music keep me coming back.
My coach was so helpful today. I'm dealing with knee pain, so I took to the bike instead of tread. He walked me through every step even though it was an extra set of instructions. I really appreciated being able to get a good workout in even when fighting an injury.
How efficient it is! The late and early times. Trainers are great. Andrea is especially awesome! Really clear on the mic, great positive attitude and motivating. And nice!
Only thing I would ask is : could you have more 12-15- 20 pound weights? Sometimes there is not enough especially if there are a lot of women in the class.
Creative use of small space. Did not feel cramped. Great energetic instructors (go, andrea!!). Good music to inspire me to push on. Was here for work (live in NY where I OTF) and enjoyed my OTF workout a lot!
I love the energy of the coaches, the way the workout is designed to get my heart rate up, and the consistent challenge it gives me.
Orangetheory has turned me into a runner, and I always hated running!
