Orange Theory is the first fitness program that has worked with me for weight loss. I attend four classes a week and I actually enjoy going! The coaches have excellent programs, offers suggestions & recommendations to improve your form. If you are looking to increase your cardio, strength and endurance with running, rowing or lifting weights, Orange Theory will get you there. The coaches are highly skilled with their knowledge and communicating this effectively to each of the classes. It's hard work but you won't regret it when you see results!!
I love our Calgary OT. All the coaches are fantastic, welcoming. and encouraging. They are observant and take the time to make sure the exercise is done right to prevent injury. I love it here I will be a lifer.
I love the well rounded training using the treadmill, row machine, and the weights/floor. The trainers are very helpful and motivating and the heart rate monitor is a great way to track your workouts.
There are always great playlists to help keep me motivated and everyone is so friendly there. The studio is always nice and tidy and having showers available is an added bonus.
I like the formats like G3, G2 and Tread.....the exercises are understandable and translate to improvement of my overall fitness. I know at the end of my workout I feel great and like I have worked. The coaches are all great across the board.
