In the past I have belonged to gyms, took fitness classes and had a personal trainer.
I have never had the results that I get from OT!
In 55 minutes, 3 x a week (ideally) you can feel and look great!
I enjoy that the workouts are challenging and yet fun. The great coaches, energy and friendly atmosphere between staff and members is awesome. It is like a little community!
I like that your workouts push me to get out of my comfort zone and track my heart rate so when I feel like I’m dying I can look up and realize that I’m not actually (lol)
I took almost a 2 year break from orange due to the pandemic. I have re joined and Robin( I believe is the manager) is amazing. She seems genuinely interested in the members and the relationship at the gym, and Ciarah is equally as amazing and a great addition to the shawnessy location. I am happy to have joined back and be welcomes by these two ladies!
I was hesitant to try Orange Theory because I wasn't sure I would find it fun, but I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would. I am competitive to it encouraged me to push myself harder, and Shaima was fantastic.
I like that there is a combination of cardio and weights along with rowing, music is pumping to get you going and the coach is encouraging and gets you fired up!
