I love the constant changing of things and not having to worry about what workout to do in the gym anymore. I enjoy the atmosphere as well as the people I work out with and the coaches are very friendly and helpful.
I have tried other group fitness classes at other studios including Bikram Yoga, Crossfit, HIIT and this is by far my favorite!
Not only do I feel like Ive accomplished something after working out at Orange Theory, but the instructors are awesome in helping us to reach our goals! They are an encouraging, positive & knowledgeable group!
i like that there is a coach there to initiate and support you through the exercises. i also like that we get cardio and weights in each class, and that every single class is different!
