I felt great. I was able to get right back in after a few years of being out of a gym. I was able to go at a pace that worked for me and still challenge myself when we got to those seconds of pushing. I loved it and was so happy that I took the free class to experience. Now I'm in!
I go in and don’t have to worry about what I am doing at the Gym. The plan is made, the coaches are there to help and the workouts truly get your heart rate where it should be.
I love the workouts and the ability to have strength 50 and tread 50 added to the mix. The coaches are phenomenal and very motivating! I have been a member of OT Shelby since it opened and I can't think of a better place to be. I have built great friendships with members and staff.
After working out almost exclusively on my own, the guided treadmill and weight workouts are a great change of pace and extra motivations.
The variety of treadmill, row and weights workouts has been fun to experience.
We’ve interacted with 3 coaches at OTF Shelby so far (Brian, Betty and Morgan) and they’re all fun, instructive and motivating.
I love that it feels so inclusive and welcoming. I also love not having the pressure to be the best in the room and that you can absolutely go at your own pace. I could not recommend Orangetheory enough!
