I love that is incorporates a full body workout into a session that goes by quickly. I also like that by booking the sessions I'm held accountable to actually show up (or else I lose my class/ money!).
It changes everyday so you are constantly working different parts of your body. I also love the coaches. All the OTF coaches make an effort to know you personally and performance wise. They recognize when you're going too easy on yourself and challenge you to step it up, they also recognize when your body Is strained and can give modifications. Coaches Katee, [FIRST NAME REMOVED] K, and Bobby are all amazing at OTF Shelton!
