I like how it is different every class. Also, it's not about competing with others, it's about doing your own best and pushing to get more points, or calories then you did before. The HRM and OTF Board help to keep you on track during your workouts!
It changes everyday which keeps you from getting bored. Coaches are very motivating! Coach Katee and Coach [FIRST NAME REMOVED] give you specific targets each class to try to hit. The fellow members also cheer each other on.
It takes no planning on my part, I just show up and follow the instructor. The workouts hit all parts of the body over the course of the week regardless of which days you attend.
There is a balance of cardio and strength training.
Each workout is demanding yet I'm able to go at my own pace.
The group dynamic make me push myself harder than I would if I were working out on my own.
55 minutes is the perfect amount of time, and the schedule is accommodating.
The workouts are very effective. Over the past year I've been able to keep my weight down and replace fat with muscle with no adjustment to my diet.

High level intensity that I wouldn't be able to motivate myself to do at the gym alone or even with a friend. Different exercises and focuses in one workout. Being able to visualize how hard I am working. And knowing I can continuously burn calories for 36 hours after my hour workout.
