I like it because it promotes a self challenging environment, enables me to consistantly see how much I am pushing my limits and it is a full body workout. The coaches are all great making it a very enjoyable hour, and I feel accomplished after class.
I love variety in my workout routine. While there are three basic components to Orangetheory Fitness classes (treadmill, rowing machine and strength training). I never get bored as the approach for each of these components is different for every class. I am able to come to class and focus on my form and achieving EPOC (afterburn) because my coach has already planned what I will be doing for the day. Thanks Orangetheory for doing the hard part of exercise (planning what exercises to do for the day) so I can do what I love to do.......just exercise!
What I like most about OTF Shelton is each workout is different and each person can work at their own level and pace. The trainers are motivating and enthusiastic and are right there with you to help. It is the best hour I spend in a day.
I like how it is different every class. Also, it's not about competing with others, it's about doing your own best and pushing to get more points, or calories then you did before. The HRM and OTF Board help to keep you on track during your workouts!
