Amazing energy from the instructors! Matt, Kate and Taylor are amazing at what they do, pushing everyone above and beyond their limits! People at front desk have a smile on their face all time and are always there to help you with any questions. Orangetheory shelton has the best staff on board which makes them the best studio around. Very happy I joined!

I like it because it promotes a self challenging environment, enables me to consistantly see how much I am pushing my limits and it is a full body workout. The coaches are all great making it a very enjoyable hour, and I feel accomplished after class.

I love variety in my workout routine. While there are three basic components to Orangetheory Fitness classes (treadmill, rowing machine and strength training). I never get bored as the approach for each of these components is different for every class. I am able to come to class and focus on my form and achieving EPOC (afterburn) because my coach has already planned what I will be doing for the day. Thanks Orangetheory for doing the hard part of exercise (planning what exercises to do for the day) so I can do what I love to do.......just exercise!
