It is motivating. It is a get in and get it done workout. I don't need to set up a station prior to workout like you have to do in so many other gyms. I sometimes think the weight part of the workout could use a few more reps but all in all I really like the workout.
The coaches. I like that I have someone explaining exercises, if you dont do it right they teach u, they encourage u to push yourself and also de healthy competence with other people there ( to run faster, to push harder etc)
