The coaches. I like that I have someone explaining exercises, if you dont do it right they teach u, they encourage u to push yourself and also de healthy competence with other people there ( to run faster, to push harder etc)
I enjoy the fact that every class is different. This helps me to set new goals each class and the many different instructors help me to remain motivated. I like knowing that after one hour, I will do a number of exercises that will make me a much stronger person.
I am so very impressed with the OTF Team.
The workouts change daily, and they are challenging. I like the trainers--they motivate, challenge, and encourage!
