I love that the coaches show us the moves and help us do them correctly. Especially when you don’t use weights a lot you can really hurt yourself.
I also really love the energy the coaches and studio give off.
The workouts go so fast and I am never ready for them to end.
Joining OTF has changed my mental clarity as well as refocus my health as I get older.
The workouts are varied and energizing. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They make an effort to remember names and connect with members.
I really enjoy the high energy work outs and the trainers, all staff is so welcoming. and very helpful. I by no means am in great shape YET! But I will certainly continue to attend my workout sessions and be a healthier me.
Motivated and encouraging coaches who push each member individually! Feel energized with the great music and appreciate the fact that the workout is on a rotation of cardio and strength - an hour goes by so quickly.
The coaches are amazing, they make the workouts fun while pushing you beyond what you think you can do.

The science behind the workouts really make you tap into your growth of wanting to do better and push you to the next level, increasing what you did the last few times.
When a coach walks up to you while you are lifting and says nope lift this it makes you make a face at them all while smiling inside because of what you must have achieved in thier eyes, they are the experts.
You almost want to do better for them because of the relationships you have built over time.
I love the coaches! They are such a big part of why I come everyday. Even no longer being a “new” member, they still watch our form and our progress! Occasionally the push we need to be a bit better, faster, stronger when we need it. The other members motivation, engagement, and support is great!
