Each class is uniquely challenging and fun. Love that there are no repeats but there are the same benchmarks and OTF challenges to keep you motivated to improve. The coaches are charismatic and knowledgeable, music is fun, and most of all- the classes kick my butt!
I thought the coaches were all great, the studio is very light and clean, and the workouts are quick but challenging. I love all the metrics so you can really push yourself and work towards a PR. It is a super motivating and positive atmosphere.
It’s a real sense of community. The staff and owners make active efforts to foster that. The coaches are all also super welcoming and inclusive. They gently encourage you to push yourself but they don’t bully you to go beyond your limit. And no one in class cares about how weak or strong you are. That makes out of shape people like me feel more comfortable. There are some super fit people of all ages, shapes, colors, and sizes here!
As always it was fun, varied but as hard as each individual person wants to make it. OTC are the best of both worlds, a group experience (great for distraction and motivation) but everyone's goals and achievements are private, I love this way of working out :)
I love the variety of workouts each week and the specialty days like Inferno are fun too.
I like coming to class early in the mornings so being lead through it by the instructors is the best!
Workouts are never the same, which I love. They kick my butt and really push me more than I ever would on my own. Coaches are excellent- especially love Jermaine and Davy and Bailey!
As a previous student-athlete, it has been great to find a place whose work outs are engaging, fun, and can be adjusted to any level of strength and fitness! Finding a workout that challenges me but is so accessible as well for my non-athlete life has previously been super difficult. I have fun and feel encouraged at every class and always leave feeling fulfilled!
It is efficient and keeps me accountable. I get a better workout in 1 hour than I would on my own, and having it scheduled (with a financial penalty for not showing up) makes me go when I might otherwise convince myself to push it off. I've never been more consistent and less stressed with my workouts.
