I love the high energy, super motivating instructors (especially Mike!) I love that there is such variety in every work out and you don't know what to expect. I have been using this to come back from an injury. I use it to help cross-train and strengthen as I return to marathon running. It's been helping me get my speed and strength back. I really enjoy it- and wish I could go more often!
Love that it's structured but there are also variations to the workout depending on a person. The instructionors are enthusiastic and know what they are explaining. Overall, I'm huge fan and have/will continue to tell people about orange theory.
I love everything about this work out. It pushes me to my limits every time. I get sweaty and I love it. My race times have decreased. I love all of the trainers. They are so motivating. The music is awesome it makes me want to push. Excellent work out!
