I love the coaches and the fact that not a single second is wasted during class. You are in and out in an hour and have a really good workout that keeps you healthy and looking great. I get so many compliments how fit I look - it just takes 2 classes/week at Orangetheory to be really in shape and feeling great.
All the coaches are great and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. They put up with a lot of drama from me! 😂 Thank you to Brianna and the whole team! 💖
Every day at Orange Theory is different, but certain core things are the same. I know I'll be running, rowing, and lifting. I know I'll hit every part of my body. I know I'll be able to track my heart rate as it goes up and down (but mostly up) and use it to help me make decisions about how and when to challenge myself.
But where other workouts were boring, Orange Theory never is. What I'm doing changes every few minutes, and instead of me being in the driver's seat trying to figure out what to do next, an awesome coach who's just focused enough on me is telling us what to do and giving useful tips for how to get the most out of it.
Before I came to Orange Theory, I worried it would be too intense - I'd heard it was hard and competitive. The truth is it's whatever you want it to be, so for me it's hard in all the right ways, and I'm only competing with myself.
Great workouts, great coaches, and great environment! Everyone who works here always goes above and beyond to make you feel supported in your workout journey. I always look forward to the workouts and leave feeling so refreshed!
Brianna the manager is the best. So accommodating and a good communicator and helped me get through my maternity leave with my first baby. So happy to be back into the swing of things and back at OT Silver Spring
