It’s a great place for people serious about their workouts. The templates let you push yourself as hard as you want or when you need a milder day you still get a good workout. Coaches try their best to keep you motivated. It’s always clean and friendly with great equipment.
The coaches are really helpful, and the variations in classes are great. Adding in the tread 50 or strength 50 plus signature classes helps keep things exciting.
These workouts are challenging, but they get the job done! The coaches are very encouraging yet push you at the same time. I'm in my 50's and need to drop my belly--this and eating right are the best things I have done!
The coaching and staff are excellent! Lots of positive energy and good cues on form and timing. A great way to get the best of both worlds in a single workout: cardio and strength.
Sioux Falls' location is great, and the people are so friendly.
Overall, Corporate programming could use some re-work and go back to 2017/2018/2019 style programming.
Every workout is a challenge, but you can modify it as needed depending on your level of comfort. I love the new Strength 50 classes. Coaches are friendly and helpful and the desk staff is awesome.
All the coaches do a great job and the equipment was tired looking for a while, it has gotten better. OTF had always had good programming too. I’ve been a long time fan of how fitness is approached at OTF.
I wish more people could afford OTF. Everyone in Sioux Falls it seems likes the cheaply done Great Life gyms which offer little more value than a golf membership.
Personally, I do wish wiping down equipment and weights was more enforced at OTF SF. I’ll see someone wipe their nose, their hands back on the equipment and then just put it away. Additionally - No one wants to grab caked in skin cells.
Great overall workout! It’s like having a personal trainer each class! All the coaches are very knowledgeable! The only program I have stuck with long term!
