Different every time and focus on getting splat points and improvement. Coaches lately have made more effort to correct bad form and give tips to do exercises more effectively ... so you feel like goth have a bit more attention and aren’t at risk of hurting yourself.
What I like best is that it is structured so I don't have to think about the what to do next, or when to push, when to stop, etc. The trainers are usually very clear about what's coming up and provide clear instructions.
The workouts are motivating and fun! I've done some variety of boot camps over the past 20 years and this is by far the best! The coaches are wonderful at the Solano location too, especially Sarah and Ashley.
Good cardio, great toning exercises and above all the trainers are awesome! One in particular, Ashley, is very supportive and she really cares about her work and her clients. And that's a great feeling it keeps you coming back. Even with my injury I still go, with modifications great support!
Everything! I love the variety, the coaches, the space, the ease of parking, ease of getting in and out of class, I love how I am competing with myself to get better and I can monitor my own heart rate. I love the high intensity workout Also, Everyone is so friendly at orangetheory.
