Variety is key - workouts that are too similar begin to be boring and I lose interest. Solon coaches bring a lot of energy and personality to each session!
My favorite thing about OT workouts is that they are planned, I don't have to think about what to do next, or come up with the perfect workout because it is all done for you! Not to mention that the coaches are amazing, fun and motivating!
The coaches and staff, as well as the members are welcoming, friendly, and encouraging. The workouts are always different and they offer so many special events, challenges, and benchmarks. This is motivating and keeps me from getting bored with my workouts. I have seen great results with the workouts. I've gained muscle and lost weight/body fat. My endurance and speed on the treadmill has improved, along with my rowing times. I'm lifting heavier weights. It's been great!
The workouts provide a good mix of cardio and strength training. I especially enjoy the strength 50 classes. The coaches are supportive of any limitations and accommodate accordingly. They also encourage and support you throughout the workout.
The instructors are phenomenal. They make the work out fun, enjoyable, and interesting in every class.
It’s a great format for not getting injured. Very happy with my experience.
Love the energy in the studio during workout. Lots of encouragement, guidance and support from the coaches. Workout buddies are friendly and supportive. Very enjoyable atmosphere. Didnt think I would look forward to going to a workout session this much!😊
