The intensity! It is group personal training so that I don't have to figure out where I need to go or which machine I need to work on. I get a complete workout in 50 minutes so it allows me to have a very efficient day.
I'm really shy but I enjoy being in a class setting lead by an instructor and the instructors are great. It pushes me a little outside my comfort zone but not too much which is a good thing. The workout is different each day so you don't get bored or over/under work muscle groups. The other people in the class are wonderful and the energy from everyone is motivating and I'm always glad I went. I think I'll be a member for life. My sister got me into Orange theory, so thanks Sis!
