OTF is the only thing that I have ever stuck to consistently. I like that there is a set time for classes, and it's like a appointment for yourself. I like that you are guided through the whole hour, and it's a chance to turn off your brain, and clear your head, without having to think about what type of exercise will you be doing next, or come up with your own routine. I feel accomplished after my workouts at OTF.
I like the variety, structure, and focus of the workouts. The coaches are personable and make the workouts fun and engaging. The members are like minded and enjoyable.
It’s a great overall workout that is always both physically and mentally challenging with the varied focus of each session no matter how often you attend.
