I love the consistency of the class structure, yet you keep each class new, fun, and challenging. I love the mix of cardio & strength. The class goes by so fast, it does not seem like 60 minutes at all!
Everything! Everything about the workout from the time the Coach greets you until the flexibility block, it is all great. The workouts always challenge me, and I love how I can make them more challenging or less challenging depending on how I am feeling that day. But I find that I do always choose to challenge myself
Love it! The community is the best, the coaches are so supportive and encouraging, the facilities are clean and tidy, the members are kind, the location is convenient, the classes are always challenging and engaging, and I am always able to get into the class that I want! Overall, I'd give it 11/10 if I could! Thank you OTF South Hills!
I felt so welcomed by everyone there. Coaches and other members both! Everyone was so supportive and helpful. I like the pace and the environment and i love that you can track all your progress!
Everything! The workouts are great. They are always challenging and keep me motivated to work harder. The instructors and staff are all wonderful. Everyone greats you with a smile and knows your name. They are encouraging and knowledgeable and ensure that you get the best out of your workout while being safe and doing things properly.
