I love the variety and being able to run on a treadmill as part of a class is awesome. I also love the community - you start to see the same people and it is not as anonymous as a large gym.
I couldn't be happier with my experience at Orange Theory. The workouts are incredibly effective and a perfect blend of cardio and strength training. The coaches are knowledgeable and motivating. The heart-rate monitoring technology helps me track my progress and stay motivated. I highly recommend Orange Theory to anyone looking for a dynamic and results-driven fitness program.
I like that it's guided; I workout muscle groups I might not focus on otherwise, and am encouraged to get through sets I wouldn't choose to do on my own. I learn new exercises I can use at home, and get correction from the coach on my form. And I like the variety.
After going to Movati and being so disappointed, Orange Theory provided me exactly what I was looking for. Specifically a challenging but doable workout. Been doing it for two months and I feel great.

Orange Theory helps me start my day the right way! I feel energized, healthy and happy. I have been a member since my site has opened, have made some of the greatest friends and have discovered inner determination I never knew I had. This is not just a gym. The staff are fun, motivating and kind. They look at each of us as individuals and embrace all of what we bring. The classes are always changing and challenging and I love that functional skills are incorporated.
Brian did an awesome job in the class. He was motivational and kept everyone going. I do not know her name, but the girl working the front desk was also knowledgeable.
Best one hour workout a person could get. I love the variation in the exercises and being able to track my heart rate in order to push myself more. It’s such a fun workout and I always leave feeling amazing.
I like that the workouts are challenging but doable, that they change every class so they don’t get stale, that everyone is so welcoming and supportive, and that there’s great music to get you pumped up.
