It's the only workout that gets me out of bed at 4:30am. And I actually look forward to getting up that early. It has become such a part of my weekly routine that it feels odd to not start my day with OTF. Additionally, the coaches are fantastic and I like that they know me by name.
It is a high intensity workout where one is accountable for their own performance with feedback and guidance from a personal trainer. I also like that the workout is different every day and rotates to focus on endurance, strength and power.
I love the fact that it challenges and pushes you beyond what you would probably do on your own. You can monitor where you are to see if you're working hard enough, too hard or not hard enough. I've always loved interval and strength training and these both are incorporated. The environment is very encouraging. The music we had with our instructor Lewis was phenomenal. Exceeded my expectations so I was very pleased.
Orange Fitness is challenging, and I like you can work at your own pace and level to achieve your goals. The people who workout there have a camaraderie and I feel like its a great jump start to my goals.
