Covers all the bases in one hour. The short sequences makes the time go fast. You are encouraged to monitor yourself and back off the intensity if you need to -- no embarrassment. The monitors help you to see where you are in intensity, which helps you decide if you should back off a little. My first session back, I went into the red zone and so was quickly able to back into rage.
I like that I don't have to think about what to do to get a great workout. Sometimes I need the music to be a little better and I could really get it in. Chad and Michelle are awesome!
