I've been to a few Orange theory studios in my years and this one is top notch. The owner is friendly and great with communication. The area is clean and in a great location. The coaches all make the workout fun and make sure to keep you focused and motivated making you want to come back for more!
I appreciate that the mentality of the gym is about endurance and strength building. The instructors are very helpful when it comes to form, as well as finding alternatives for workouts when you have restrictions.
I’ve been to other gyms in the past, but orange theory is the first gym where I’ve actually seen results in a short amount of time. And I really enjoy how well rounded each class is.
I like how every workout is different. I also love how there are always modifications and the coaches make sure to stress listening to your own body during the workout.
I like the flexibility, the technology, the varying workout options, the accountability, the philosophy around managing your heart rate, and the tracking of results. For me, this is so much better than joining a gym and trying to figure out what to do. I’d definitely recommend Orangetheory to people who struggle making progress with self-directed workouts.
6 months on I don’t think I’ve done the same workout twice! I love the variety and the positive coaching experiences. I’ve made huge strides in my cardiovascular health through the tread 50 classes and I am using heavier weights than I ever thought I would. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without the awesome staff and coaches.
I like that I dont have to think. The workout is all planned out for me and I have someone coaching me through it. The music is always motivating and I always feel driven to push myself in every class. I always leave feeling stronger and refreshed after class!
I wish I started years ago! My sister has been a member of Orange Theory for almost 10 years and had an amazing transformation. I have been sedentary for several years and was looking for an enjoyable (yet effective!) workout to keep me motivated and I decided to try OT with my sister. I’m definitely hooked and grateful that there are so many studios and times that work around our busy schedules! Working out has never been fun for me and it’s so easy to convince myself out of going to the gym. OT does all the thinking for me plus I get to geek out on the heart rate data which is icing on the proverbial cake!
