Love the staff! Very caring, motivational, & energetic. They watch form and technique, provide correction so one does not get hurt. Love having a special pair of eyes to keep us injury free. It is heart warming to know they have genuine interest in your well-being. Love this team at South Riding!
There's so much to love about the OrangeTheory experience! I was looking for a great workout to help lose weight. I found that workout, and so much more. The workouts always challenge me, if I want them to, and are so varied, creative, and based in science. The Coaches are supportive, positive, and knowledgeable - they are fantastic. The Signature workouts, Challenges, and Benchmarks add another level of interest to the workouts. I love that I can get a consistent workout, no matter which OrangeTheory location I visit while traveling. It's like a home away from home. My health is great, I've lost 35+ pounds, and I am wearing clothes that I never thought I'd fit into again. I've made many like-minded friends among the members at OTF as well. When I joined two years ago, I couldn't run at 4mph for 30 seconds. Six months ago, I completed the Full Dri-Tri in under an hour. I have done much more than I thought possible, and am so happy to be a member!
The workouts are quick, easy and target all the right areas and the peer pressure motivates you into doing better every time. Through the past 1 year i have gained stamina, muscle and lost weight and I feel as if I have gone to my 20's strength level (currently close to 40). Its 3hrs a week for me that help me maintain my overall health. Big thumbs up!
