You can visually monitor your heart rate, know when you are in each zone and adjust my workout to reach the correct color. The trainers are awesome and very knowledgeable. I like that they see when you have incorrect firm and help you get it right. I leave knowing I gave my best to the workout. 😀
I like the concept of the orange theory fitness workout. I can show up for a class and I dont have to plan my workout. The group setting makes it fun and pushes you to work harder during the session. There is a wide variety of carido and strength exercises that make every workout different, always makeing it interesting and never boring.
There are many reasons why I would and already have recommended this workout to family and friends.
1.The workout is a high intensity workout that I absolutely love and i enjoy the variety that you get during each class oppose to the same thing everyday
2.The entire concept behind "orange theory" is amazing, being connected to the heart rate monitor and being able to see your progress on the screen definitely motivates and wants you to push yourself harder
3.I also find the workout summary that we get emailed at the end of each class is very helpful and motivating to do better the next class
4.The music at orange makes the class that much more exciting! (especially Austin's choice of EDM-haha)
5.The staff at the front desk are very friendly and welcoming and know each of us by our name which makes it less of a "gym' feeling and more of a "comfort homey" feeling. The trainers are super energetic and motivating and also very approachable and make each workout a great one!
Excellent instruction. Every coach I have had has been impressive. They manage the classes with ease -no simple task with often 3 groups rotating through their programs, with specific times needing to be followed, and goals to be met. Each has always made an effort to connect with every person in the group. I am very impressed by this workout. The only impediment to me getting more out of it is me getting there more often!
I enjoy the varied routines - it is never the same twice. The instructors are motivating and encouraging. They keep you going, pushing you at the same time. I always feel like I have had a good workout at the end of the session
