Love the balance of strength building & cardiovascular challenge in each workout! Loved my instructor, Hope Bell, at OTF South Tampa! She has terrific energy, excellent cueing, and commands the flow perfectly!
I like the combination of cardio and weight lifting. I have had great success in transferring the training on the treadmill to excellent 5K race times. I am able to train for the races and not experience hip/knee joint issues. Yay!!!!
Blaze does a killer class! He is 1000% GO GO GO! High energy and very positive. He also provides crucial information on proper form and technique to maximize workouts! Everyone at OTF is very helpful and nice! One of the best workout experiences I have had!
Great location as I have gone here before I head back to the airport. Only issues as someone who goes to many different OTF gyms would be that this facility needs a water fountain that fills bottles and the weight rack was a strange set-up. Otherwise, coach was fantastic and so was staff!
