I love the variety and above all else, the coaches!
One point of constructive feedback: Please remind members to stay with the same "number" on the rower, treadmill and bench. Some coaches are better than others about making reminders during transitions.
I love it at OT! I have gone down five clothing sizes since I joined. I love the music, how I am pushed and the trainers are all very nice and motivating. I started not knowing how I would ever get back to being healthy, and since joining I have changed my entire lifestyle. I would highly recommend OrangeTheory to ANYONE that is looking to improve their level of health and fitness.
I like that it is always changing and the the music and coaches are motivating...Zack, Hope and Blaze are awesome!
We did have a sub my last class Dani...she was less than motivating and her music was horrible - I would rather listen to the canned OTF music that you have for your coaches then the full songs she was playing that were not the least beat up beat to really push your workouts. She also had no variation in her voice - it was all in all a very flat class and if I get up to workout at 6am we need someone who wants to be there! My 9 minute in the green was all I got out of her...such a waist of my time and of one of my classes!
I love being pushed outside of my comfort zone during the workout. There are many exercises utilized in class that I would likely never do on my own. In addition, I love that everyone can work at their own pace.
Blaze is the best trainer, as he keeps you motavated and pushes you to push yourself.
The music is always upbeat and keeps you going. I have been doing Orange Theory 8 times a month since January and just love the workout.
OTF South Tampa helps me push beyond what I would usually put my body through during a workout. Blaze is a great motivating Trainer! With OTF's help, I was able to run my first half marathon faster than I expected and it helped me cut about 15 pounds after the holidays.
