The combination of cardio and strength training, the instructor and music. It’s also nice to see such friendly people at the front desk like Brittany when I arrive.
I workout 2-3 times per day strength training/bodybuilding and cardio .. treadmill/ row/ Peloton bike and have taken many types of classes. I really like the way this is set up . The music and the variety that takes place and being able to keep my heart rate up during the lifting phases which is sometimes more difficult during a traditional weight training session. The treadmill work keeps the monotony away even though i add variety on incline speed etc. the energy in the room keeps the boredom away. :)
Loved Nikki! Awesome coach, motivator. Knew names, was personable, great music for all ages and of great variety.
The workout pushed everyone no matter their fitness level. I was toast! Ha!
The signup process was easy. I liked the promotion that was running at my initial registration time.
The Coach's and staff are so welcoming and helpful. The classes run on time and are organized. The time actually goes by fast.
I required some modifications due to knee issues and Coach Mack was 100% on it and ready to help me with each new activity.
I like the app and being able to sign up for classes online.
I am older and wasn;t sure how I would do with this type of workout - but I found out it was more than possible. Feels good to be back working out.
I am excited to start this journey to better my health and meet my goals.
