I like that each workout is different every time. The energy and camaraderie within the class is very motivating. The teachers I have had have been excellent! Thanks for all of the support and encouragement that you give!
The workouts are never the same. They will each push you to what you can handle and harder....if you want it to be that way....nothing is too much but definitly pushes you to where you start to learn you can do more then you thought!
I like the experienced trainers and their affirmative coaching style. I like the group work out with other individuals who are pushing themselves for improvement.
I will certainly miss Josh Soden as a trainer. As I heard his last day training was yesterday. ( I keep hoping I mis read that in his email, but, sadly, I don't think I did.
Whatever SOUTHGLENN OTF can do to keep excellent and inspiring trainers around ( like Josh) is an immediate and appreciated benefit to the OTF clients which will do wonders for referrals.
The front desk staff is always courteous and helpful. They promptly accommodate the needs and queries of the OTF clients and guests. This too helps in referrals. I am appreciative of all the behind the scenes work they do as well as their hospitality they provide.
Everyone has a great attitude and is affirmative and helpful.
The music and the time the trainers take to put together a work out and have it all orchestrated with music, is not lost on me either. I love the up-beat tempo and the "flava" that each trainer adds to their workouts. Thank you for all the time and effort that goes in to that too.
I love everything about OTF Southglen. From the from staff personally greeting me to the trainers pushing me in the best way possible. My two favorites are Josh and Kate. Two of the most energetic and fun trainers I know. They make the workout fun and give me the motivation I need when I don't think I can keep going. The music they play is pretty awesome. Overall this is a fantastic studio and I and so blessed to be a part of the OTF Southglenn community.
I enjoy the encoragment throughout the workout. The music and coaches get ya going!
OT workouts encourage me to push myself on days I'm feeling it and the days I just want some good exercise I'm able to
Slow it down yet stil get great results and calorie burn.
