Very close to home, 8am class works for me, always guaranteed a good workout, quick and efficient classes, and majority of the coaches make an effort to know you and are motivating. Lastly but equally as importantl, I like the interval training because I can do anything for 30 seconds to a minute...it is a great way to push myself.
I like that it's hard, but that I can do the workout no matter what my ability level is. I like that there is variety. I like the fact that someone else (an expert) is planning it for me telling me what to do and that each class is different. It feels like having a personal trainer. I like the music. I feel incredible after each class.
The coach pushes me, guides me and instructs me. I can monitor my effort and output on the screen. I like that there are 3 areas to conquer: rower, treads and weights. It's fun and I crave the workout.
I love that OTF is different every time. It's like a box of fitness chocolates.... Ya never know what you're gonna get. Music is great, instructors are motivating and atmosphere is less stuffy than my previous gym that was filled with Stepford wives !!
