It's a whole body workout that covers strength, endurance/cardio with awesome music and it's different every time. The heart monitor and seeing my progress on the screen help me remain focused and motivated The instructors correct my form as needed, which increases effectiveness and elimates injury. Convenient location with lots of class times, easy online scheduling and fantastic, friendly staff.
I love the workout. I liked how the instructor explained how the rowing lengthened our hamstrings, etc. I wish the instructors would inform us more on what muscles we are working and how the exercise benefits us. I also wish the instructors stretched the muscles we worked out during the workout more. Like the hip flexor after long row workouts.
LIKE?! It's more like what do I LOVE about the workout! I love the enthusiasm and encouragement I get from the trainers. I love that it's like having a personal trainer in a group setting! I love that they give us alternate ways to do a exercise in case anyone needs it! I love that it has helped me to get more active and that it has improved my asthma.
