The variety is what keeps me coming. I have taken over 700 classes and no two have been the same. The instructors are wonderful! I have taken classes in many locations and Southtowns and Lancaster stand out. Friendly, clean, updated equipment…
The workouts are always different and they are always good. The instructors at Southtown's and Lancaster are excellent and the facilities are always clean. I love it!
I love the variety the classes offer & the motivation they bring which has allowed me to be a happy member for years! Each class is different, & broken into blocks which makes the class fly. I also love that you can workout to your own ability vs feeling like you have to be as good as the “fastest” or “strongest”. OTF has changed the way I feel about working out. I absolutely LOVE it!
I like the structure of the workouts which allows you to work at your abilities. For example, I chose the weights on the floor side which are comfortable for me but allows for the completion of the given exercise. Alternatives are given for many of the exercises. I'm dealing with an arthritic shoulder and use the TRX straps for push ups. The routines are different every day and are presented by by the coaches very clearly. When I walk in in the morning I"m created with hi Bob and a smile which always makes for a great start to the day. On the negative side there is no fifties music but I can live with that.
I really like the friendliness of the staff and members. The workouts are great, both challenging and doable. I also appreciate the flexibility of the workouts being able to modify for injury and the option to use the bike instead of the tread! I’ve been a member for 5 years and i still love the workout.
Workouts are done based on the effort at your personal level. Coaches are always helpful, knowledgeable and motivating. The atmosphere is always high energy.
