The coaches are great at welcoming and encouraging everyone. The class always changes and flies by. The variety in the workouts strengthen my entire body and I have great after workout burn. The studio is clean and the equipment is well maintained. The music is great and super motivating.

Never really know what to expect except for the benchmark workouts. So, there’s no time to say I don’t want to do that in reference to a particular exercise lol

It's different every time. The workouts are challenging. I like the monitor and screens showing HR percentage and effort. Sometimes the music is annoying but always energetic and motivating. The coaches! The coaches are fantastic!

I like the group environment. I like the coaching aspect that I receive because I’m new to the fitness environment, sometimes I need help with my form and they answer my silly questions. The front desk staff have been really great and welcoming when I come in.I like that I can track my heartbeat and calories burned. I like the variety of the workouts , they’re not boring and mundane. I like the loud music, it helps me to get into the workout and staying focused, it also drowns out the panting and groaning from all of my neighbors, myself included. I like the feeling I have when leaving, the endorphins, the sense of accomplishment.

Before I joined I thought I wouldn’t like a group class, but I was wrong! I enjoy having a template laid out so I can get the most out of my hour workout. When you’re not in great shape to begin with, joining a group class can be very intimidating and you think you will be self conscious. But you won’t! That is my favorite thing about the workouts, everyone is concentrating on their own workout. Everyone is working so hard you really don’t have time to be self conscious! All in all, everyone is accepting and encouraging and I think that is an important piece you can’t find just anywhere.

The staff are knowledgeable, helpful, encouraging and friendly! The work outs are exactly the type of intense and structured full body sessions I was looking for. The results are monitored, analyzed and built upon. I’m an avid cyclist and outdoor enthusiast. Orange Theory will keep you on top of your game!
