I like that it's different every day and always a very good workout. I also like that the trainers lead me through the workout so I don't have to figure out what to do on my own and they are always encouraging and positive. The class schedule is great too. There's always time that works for me.
It is a hight paced well developed workout that is truley 1hr no more. It can as challenging as you make it as an individual with, modifications for any fitness level. The instructors are great and very energetic.
It's the first group fitness class I will get up early for! I love that it's rooted in exercise physiology and that you monitor your heart rate throughout the entire workout! Your only competitor is yourself, you against you every time you walk through the doors!
