I like that there is a coach who positively pushes you throughout the workout. The routines are driven to achieve results. I enjoy the music and atmosphere. I like that I see results, I've been working out for many years, tried different workouts, diets etc and OTF works and I don't have to be count my calories and starve like I have in the past.

Both cardio and weights are incorporated. I would like the floors to be cleaned more often as my knees and back have black on them after a workout if I don't use a mat.
