I love OTF. Evie (particularly), Ryan and Kim are awesome instructors. I love the general vibe, the other patrons, the technological aspect of the workouts. Overall, it's a great full body work out that is unlike other group exercises I have done. The only thing I would change is the music, sometimes. Thank you!

I love the energy the coaches bring to it. We get in there and get started right away. I have always loved working out on the treadmill. The OT experience is a full body workout each and everyday!! Thank you!!

The owners, Melissa and Cody, and the staff all do a great job at getting to know the customers. They make my wife and I feel like family. The trainers know how to motivate us. We really enjoy the extra challenges and leader boards!

They're right....it is the fastest hour of exercise you will ever experience. It is an overall type workout but doable even for a beginner. All the personal make you feel welcome and comfortable despite your age or size. I felt good about myself and inspired in my new fitness journey. Can't wait to go back.

I like that it is a constant 60 min work out with minimal rest periods and I feel like I really get a complete workout with weights, cardio and strength!

I love that it involves both cardio and strength in one face-paced workout. I love the studio model because you have multiple times a day to take the same class which is so much easier than a standard gym where if you miss the one class you like that day/week you are out of luck. And orange theory is the friendliest gym I have ever been too!

I love the instructors and staff who are all so warm , friendly and helpful . The work outs are challenging and the attmosohere is always so upbeat . The people who attend orange therory are also very friendly . The heartbeat Monitors are helpful and the read out email you receive at the end of your workout helps you understand how You did and how How can continue to improve . I absolutely love OTF! I think that my favorite things are that the workouts are structured so that you feel like you have a personal trainer, but in a group setting, which is super motivating. The atmosphere is always positive and energetic and the coaches are always encouraging and helpful!
