Everything!! Love the workout tracking to monitor my progress, the templates vary so not always the same thing, plus the Coaches!! They make it or break the workout, depending on their motivation and energy level.

You're told exactly what to do. I love this. I go and I don't have to think about what I'm going to do while I'm working out. If you're someone who loves the autonomy of going to a gym and doing whatever you want, then you may not love Orange Theory.
It’s like a team effort but the trainer is focused on each of you. They are well trained and knowledgeable when to slow down and stop if one is struggling or having difficulties to keep up on the pace. You will be motivated and dedicated because you have a set goal to yourself and they will review it by end of your session.
