The workouts are structured to get the most out of 60 minutes. You know you will usually run, row, and do floor exercises, but it’s something different each time—standardized without being redundant.
How it challenges me every single workout. I love the heart rate monitor as well! I try my best to always get at least 12 splats and that forces me to work hard!! The people are amazing and it's truly just the best place to go:)

On Friday Cyndi switched it up with some country to have a little different music. I love that I never know what to expect and it's different every time!! She's the best coach!! Real and genuine!!
Everything from the making an appointment on the app to being greeted by the person at the desk to sched. rower or tread to the instructor who always knows how to do the workout and helps if I need it. It feels like family. love getting the results so I can post on FB and Instagram if I wish to share my good effort
It works. I don’t have to think about or plan my activities. I just have to show up with effort. The class bond and social community can’t be overlooked either. It’s just a vibe!
The coaches at the Springfield locations are fantastic. They motivate and create a positive atmosphere. The workout is always challenging and works the entire body. There’s a lot of emphasis on balance and heart health, but if you want to build muscle there’s plenty of opportunity for that too:) Orangetheory is the best!!
Always a great workout and a great variety of exercises. The coaches (instructors) are fantastic and find ways to motivate you through the tougher workouts. Trust me, if my schedule allowed, I would go as close to daily as my body would allow.
